Transforming Education: Lawrence’s Journey
Mr. Lawrence Roger Rowe, TTD, B.Sc., M.Ed., an esteemed educator and key member of our team, has made a profound impact on the academic landscape of the Caribbean. As the former principal of Mile Gully High School and Belair High School, Lawrence implemented significant improvements that boosted student population and academic performance. His initiatives at Mile Gully High School enriched the curriculum, helping students achieve better academic outcomes.
At Belair High School, Lawrence oversaw the school’s transition from private to grant-aided status, introduced new subjects to the curriculum, and revitalized the Special Needs Program. He also developed the Alternative Pathways to Secondary Education (ASPE) room and founded the Principal’s Academic Awards Dinner to recognize student excellence. Lawrence’s commitment to educational excellence and innovation continues to influence our strategies and programs, ensuring we provide the best possible support to the youth of the Caribbean
